During her life, Hood River resident and community participate Anne Margaret Geller was committed to helping children.

She knew that it was important for children to have opportunities to experience the visual and performing arts, especially children denied these opportunities due to limited financial resources or from lack of connection with the arts community.

Ed and Nancy Geller, parents of Anne Geller, and friends of Anne, established a special fund through Columbia Arts in 2005 known as the “Anne Margaret Geller Memorial Arts Fund for Children."

Columbia Arts gratefully acknowledges receipt of those donations and is honored to make disbursements from the Fund consistent with the wishes of Anne.

Columbia Arts will continue to award Anne Geller Memorial funds to community individuals and groups consistent with Anne’s wishes as long as such funds exist.
