Photography Workshop with Katharine Kimball

Class description: Enjoy two evenings with friends: tasting wine and exploring a new art form. In this two-day workshop, Portland professional photographer, Katharine Kimball will share photography secrets that will change the way you take pictures. Learn how to operate your equipment, use photo editing software, and how to create and utilize web photo galleries. Please bring a digital or SLR camera with a fully charged battery and an empty memory card.

Jewelry Workshop with Susan Arechega

Class description: Enjoy wine tasting and exploring a new art form in this two day workshop with jewelry artist, Susan Arechega. Create stunning, original silver jewelry with precious metal clay. You will love this medium and the jewelry you create.

Majolica Pottery Workshop with Susannah Lints

Class description: Join Vancouver potter, Susannah Lints in a two-day workshop in an art form that flourished during the Italian Renaissance. You will briefly explore the history of beautiful, majolica pottery and learn simple, decorative techniques as you explore ceramic color using a brush, stamp and stencil. Please bring any natural or synthetic bristle watercolor brushes you may have. Bring design books, magazines, fabrics or imagery that inspires you.
