A Columbia Arts Film Series Film

Set in Australia in 1931, RABBIT-PROOF FENCE tells the story of a government policy that required "half-caste" (whose mothers were Aboriginal and whose fathers were white) children to be taken from their homes by the authorities to be trained to work as servants.

Acoustic Guitarist / Singer / Songwriter

Carothers is an acoustic guitarist and singer/songwriter with music and lyrics reflecting a wide range of influences, including jazz, blues, classical, motown, pop and folk. His current tour of the Pacific Northwest is in support of his new CD, "Solo."

Due to his popularity with local fans, Craig Carothers returns to Columbia Center for the Arts for a second engagement.

His genius lyrics and riveting presence have earned him a gold record and will make this evening a night to remember. Don't miss this midsummer treat!

Trout Lake Festival of the Arts

14th Annual Event at The Farm B&B in Trout Lake


50 juried artists are featured in this year's show, along with live music all weekend. There are children's art activities and outstanding food, wine tasting, and local brew. The Farm B&B hosts the event at 490 Sunnyside Road in Trout Lake valley at the base of beautiful Mt. Adams. There is plenty of parking and admission is free.
