PRIVATE EYES is a comedy of suspicion, a play within a play in which nothing is ever quite what it seems.

The audience itself plays the role of detective in this hilarious "relationship thriller" about love, lust and the power of deception which pervades the play at all levels.

Matthew and Lisa are rehearsing a play. Lisa may be having an affair with Adrian, the British theatre director. Or perhaps the affair is part of the play being rehearsed. Or perhaps...

Join us for this seventh year of competitive poetry readings by Hood River Valley High School, sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts.

Help celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Timberline Lodge. In commemoration of this event, Timberline Lodge has put together, Timberline Lodge: A Love Story. Diamond Jubilee Edition. Editor Jon Tullis will be on hand to sign copies of the book and will be giving a short presentation at 6 p.m. A question and answer session will follow the presentation. This event is free and open to the public. Beer and wine will be available as well as appetizers.

This winter we are proud to be partnering with The Confluence Project: Gifts From Our Ancestors to offer students the opportunity to explore traditional tools and techniques used by Native Americans along the Columbia Basin.  The focus of this exploration is on the history of Celilo Falls.

The Mt. Hood Independent Film Festival seeks to bring films of multiple genres including narrative, animation, documentary, and sports documentary to the community of Hood River, OR and the Columbia River Gorge area.

Sharon Laughlin, a professional actor will be teaching the class. Sharon graduated from the University of Washington in Drama and went directly to New York where she worked in theatre for 30 years. Shortly after arriving in NYC she began studying with Neils Miller who taught an acting technique based on the teachings of Francois Delsarte.
