Henni's Kitchen & Bar Located at 120 E. Jewett Blvd. in White Salmon, Henni’s vision is to become a local favorite. As Christiaan, the executive Chef and Proprietor, originally from South Africa, recently said, “We serve everyday and peasant food from around the world made from the finest, mostly local ingredients. Everything we do is made from scratch; there is nothing in our food we can’t pronounce. We like to think of ourselves as a French Bistro, Italian Trattoria, Mexican Taqueria, and American Tavern, all fused into one. Throw in an Asian noodle stand, Indian Curry house and an Argentinean spit-roast and you’ll know where we’re coming from.”
Christiaan adds: “Although the quality of food may feel like fine-dining, Henni’s aims to be unpretentious with offerings for everyone. “ Come in and sample some of the best wine, beer and spirits hand-crafted right here in our beautiful community and visit Henni’s at www.henniskitchenandbar.com, 509.493.1555

Jan-Marc Wine Cellars Barbara and Jan-Marc Baker, chefs and winemakers in Portland, transplanted from San Francisco in 1994. They joined a wave of chefs from around the country who descended upon the small city, and helped to incubate a restaurant and farming community that has grown to represent a 21st century renaissance of artisan producers of ingredients for good living.
Jan-Marc wine Cellars craft wines of character and distinction that speak to the land of massive trees and snow-capped mountains that we call home.
Stationed centrally in Portland, they work in vineyards in the Columbia Gorge and Willamette valleys.
Twenty-five years and counting in the food and wine business, they own and operate Cuisine Bebe Catering, and Jan Marc Wine Cellars in Portland Oregon. Step into their little world and join them on the path to living well at: janmarcwinecellars.com.
