The Mother-Daughter Project
April 2
For mothers of girls between the ages of 7 - 13
Anticipating Adolescence
This is an evening presentation for mothers of girls between the ages of 7-13 as you anticipate your daughter’s approach to adolescence.
Renee Schultz will guide you through the conversation.
Book Author Renee Schultz
Renee is the co-author of The Mother-Daughter Project: How Mothers and Daughters Can Band Together, Beat the Odds, and Thrive Through Adolescence (with SuEllen Hamkins, Hudson Street Press, 2007, 2008). She is also an experienced marriage and family therapist in private practice in Northampton, Massachusetts, and the mother of a college-age daughter.
Renee invites you to explore many of the commonly held beliefs about mothers and daughters while offering a new model of connection, and will answer a number of questions for you, including:
- How can I safely guide my daughter through adolescence?
- How can I strengthen our relationship while fostering my daughter’s growth and development?
- She loves me now, but just wait...
Thanks for Making it Possible!
This evening is generously made possible by the following sponsors: Hood
