Talent Wanted
The Really Big Show
November 20, 2010
If
you think you've got talent, audition...
Looking for talent local to the Columbia River Gorge of all kinds ... musicians, dancers, comedians, jugglers, improv ... you name it!
EVERYBODY WANTS A SHOT to prove their talent on stage. In the 1960’s Ted Mack’s Amateur Hour gave thousands of amateurs just that…a shot. In the 1970’s it was The Gong Show with Chuck Barris and Ed McMahon had his Star Search with Dick Clark in the 1980s and 90s. Today anyone who wants to stand in very long lines and ultimately be humiliated by Simon Cowell can try out for American idol.
But if you just want a chance to show off your talent to a small hometown audience consider the Columbia Center for the Arts “The Really Big Show.”
