Have Fun Reading

Saturday, October 27

Target age: babies through 2nd grade

Join us for an engaging hour of storytelling and related interactive activities that will delight young children and encourage them to want to read more books.

Participating children will:

  • Learn to do the Animal Boogie
  • Meet AggieBella Bee and her friend Rufus Ruffles
  • Participate in reading aloud
  • Have fun acting out what some of the characters are doing

**Ten door prizes will be available for the first ten families to join us.**

Local children’s book author Patricia Case will be available to answer questions about her recently published book, AggieBella Bee and Friends: Along the Big River.

Local volunteers for the SMART and First Book reading programs will be leading the fun.

Keep in Mind: Books open a child’s world to endless possibilities.
