CCA First Friday Opening

CCA First Friday Opening

Young Voices: Emerging Artists & Their Mentors

First Friday, November 2 from 6-8pm

This exhibition will feature the art of collaborative teams of established artists and their emerging young protégés. Local seasoned artists will be paired with emerging artists to work together on themed pieces.  On First Friday you can meet the artists and hear them speak about their work. The exhibition will run from November 1-18, 2018.

In the Lobby

Also showing for the month of November in our lobby is Randye Jensen.  She will give a short artist talk on First Friday. Her works depict places she has fallen in love with.  Connecting her to the wilderness and inspiring creativity and adventure.  In her own words she exclaims, “From the granite cliffs of the Sierra and the mountain tops of Nepal, to Oregon’s high desert, to the crystal clear lakes, rivers and creeks surrounding me at home in Oregon, I’m discovering how to capture a moment in time.”

If you happen to miss Randye’s work in our lobby from November 1-18th, not to worry, you can catch it again at Windermere Realty on Oak St. in Hood River for the remainder of November and December!
