These are only a few ways of the many ways to show your support and help us provides experiences that touch the heart, challenge the intellect, and spark conversation here at the Columbia Arts Center. From sponsoring a play, an exhibition, or a staff position, we welcome sponsorship support of Columbia Center for the Arts through a variety of options.
We invite individual and business sponsorships for the following:
- CCA Children’s Theatre plays (for a full season or for individual plays)
- Performances (for a full year/season or for individual performances)
- Art exhibitions (for a full year, a quarter, or an individual exhibition)
- Education classes, workshops, and seminars
- Underwriting a paid position
- Supporting the volunteer program
- Naming opportunities at the Center
Be Recognized for Your Contribution
CCA is running a fundraising naming campaign which offers donors a chance to name items and spaces throughout the Center.
The following naming opportunities are available:
Donating to CCA in Your Will
You can help support CCA by making an amendment to your will using the following language and indicating the amount you would like to leave. You can specify a dollar amount, certain assets, or a percentage of your estate.
“I give, devise, and bequeath to Columbia Center for the Arts, a nonprofit Oregon corporation with business address of P.O. Box 1543, Hood River, Oregon 97031 or its successor, the sum $_________ dollars [or otherwise describe the gift or assets] for its general purposes and use at the discretion of the Columbia Center for the Arts Board of Directors.”
Become a Legacy Builder
Mentioning the arts in your will makes you a “Legacy Builder” for Columbia Center for the Arts, and will help make a difference for CCA for years to come. Legacy builders can leave a legacy in a number of ways other than through your will, including:
- Mentioning the arts in your revocable trust.
- Deferring part of your IRA or retirement plan.
- Naming Columbia Center for the Arts as a beneficiary in your life insurance policy.
