Volunteer with Us
Volunteers make the art world go round. At Columbia Center for the Arts our team of highly-valued volunteers are at the heart of our work— and our communities.
Our Opportunities
Volunteering for the arts is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, and give back to your community in a meaningful way. It's also a great way to stay in the loop on what's happening in the local arts world and enjoy some occasional perks (like free admission to a show!)
Some of our volunteer opportunities include:
GALLERY HOSTING
Welcome visitors, answer questions, and help create a warm and engaging gallery experience.
USHERING & TICKET TAKING
Greet guests, scan tickets, and help everyone find their seats at theater and film events.
BARTENDING
Serve beverages at performances and special events. OLCC certification required.
WORK PARTIES
Pitch in on hands-on projects like painting, organizing, facilities maintenance and more!
STREET TEAM
Distribute posters and flyers to promote CCA events around Hood River and the Gorge.

20TH ANNIVERSARY ARCHIVAL PROJECT
